Position Overview
Benevolent Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our family-owned home health agency. In this role, you'll provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes and community settings, making a real difference in their lives every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Delegate nursing tasks to qualified caregivers and provide ongoing supervision
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor client health status and communicate changes to healthcare team
- Provide patient and family education on medical conditions and care procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Respond to emergencies and provide skilled nursing interventions
Qualifications
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Home health or community health experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
