Position Overview
Benevolent Healthcare Solutions is seeking a passionate Certified Life Coach to empower clients in achieving their personal goals and developing essential life skills. In this transformative role, you'll work one-on-one with clients to build confidence, overcome obstacles, and create pathways to greater independence and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with clients to identify personal goals and create action plans
- Provide coaching in life skills such as budgeting, time management, and organization
- Support clients in developing self-advocacy and decision-making abilities
- Help clients build confidence and overcome obstacles to independence
- Facilitate skill-building activities and provide hands-on guidance
- Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with families and care teams to support client success
Qualifications
- Certified Life Coach credential (ICF, ILCT, or similar) required
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Experience coaching individuals with disabilities or special needs preferred
- Strong motivational and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and genuine passion for empowering others
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
