Position Overview
Benevolent Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing care to clients in their homes. As an LPN with our team, you'll work under the supervision of our registered nurses while delivering hands-on care that makes a real difference in clients' daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to clients under RN supervision
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Monitor and document client health status and vital signs
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
- Implement care plans developed by the registered nurse
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Report changes in client condition to supervising RN promptly
Qualifications
- Current Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Home health experience is a plus
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to follow care plans and work under RN supervision
